Conveniently located off highway 70 in Goldsboro, Traditional Gymnastics & Parkour offers a wide array of Olympic events for girls and boys as well as advanced movement training for indoor and outdoor obstacles. We offer classes Monday thru Friday. We also feature competition teams that meet on Saturday. For anyone that wants to share the gymnastic experience with friends we have birthday packages, Mommy & me days, Parents Night Out and other occasions.
